Identificar, valorar i utilitzar tècniques i mètodes actuals i novedosos per a la resolució de projectes tecnològics i de recerca en la visió per computador i robòtica, l’enginyeria de control i sistemes intel•ligents. Poder fer front a una carrera de recerca en vistes a l'elaboració d'una tesis doctoral en un context altament tecnològic, o per a l'exercici professional en activitats de desenvolupament tecnològic, innovació i recerca. Determinar tecnologies de sensorització per a la mesura de variables relacionades amb el sistema Disseny d'arquitectures de control per solucionar tasques de robòtica. Aplicar algorismes bàsics d'aprenentatge per reforçament per aprendre comportaments bàsics dels robots. (Apply basic Reinforcement Learning algorithms to learn basic robot behaviours). Aplicar algorismes de localització i creació de mapes per a robots. Analitzar arquitectures de control deliberatives. (Analyse deliberative control architectures). Analitzar el model cinemàtic i dinàmic d'un sòlid rígid. (Analyse a kinematics and a dynamics model of a rigid body).

To be able to analyse the performance of a sensor in terms of accuracy, repeatability, resolution, etc. To be able to extract simple features from sensorial data. To be able to design behaviour-based control architectures to solve robotic tasks. To be able to analyse deliberative control architectures. To be able to apply basic Reinforcement Learning algorithms to learn basic robot behaviours. To be able to apply the Kalman filtering theory to localize a moving robot.
